Maggie is an ardent supporter of individuals striving for self-development and work place inclusion opportunities; championing the endeavours of those motivated to learn from experience, developing their self-awareness and reaching for the next level. She became an accredited VoicePrint practitioner in September 2016.

Maggie is able to call on more than 20 years’ experience working in and on the people functions of business, from large corporates, through small, medium, micro, and start-up businesses. She now runs her own HR and coaching consultancy – Twenty Twenty HR. Those that have worked with Maggie say they value her insight and balanced approach to evaluating information; that she helps their thinking; she is not static and is aware of possibilities.

Maggie has worked across a range of sectors including, Retail, IT, Construction, Civil Engineering, Power generation and distribution, Production, Not-for-Profit and Health and Beauty. Organisational design and culture change are her interest, getting the best fit for a business in its purpose and the people behaviours required to achieve a high performance outcome. The focus is on people, managing self, which may involve conflict management coaching, and managing others, developing skill in the use of “Talk”.
